Saw several different vegan burritos with diferent vegan protein options on their menu! I got the burrito with vegan ribs which was very good!

Vegan options!! - Edit
Used to live in the neighborhood and eat this burrito all the time. Has the option of veggies, tofu, vegan ribs and impossible meat. Also has tofu sour cream!! Some dessert options as well!

Jalisco tofu - Edit
Seems like most of the menu items have vegan versions easily available. I count 4 default vegan options on the special menu. This place is super vegan friendly. I got a Jalisco tofu burrito and it was very yummy.

I got the vegan BBQ rib burrito, and the flavor was out of this world along with the texture being on point. I’ve gone back over to try their spicy tofu and bean and cheese flavored tacos, along with the mango gauc, and they were amazing.
