Enjoyable Empanadas - Edit
The Chickpea Empanada included chickpeas, rice, and seasoned Impossible meat. The Veggie Empanada included mashed potatoes, mushrooms, bell pepper, spinach, onion, and green beans. Both empanadas were good, but I liked the Chickpea more. I ordered fries expecting them to be made of yuca (as mentioned on the menu), but was served fries made of potato.

Good Empanadas - Edit
They had two vegan empanadas that were clearly labeled as vegan, veggie and a chickpea fusion. I am not entirely sure what was in them, but they were both delicious! They also had vegan yucca fries, all were clearly labeled vegan. The workers were both very nice and the service was quick, I'd eat here again in a heart beat.
