Problems on our first visit in 2022 but better now

UPDATE: They now have greatly expanded their vegan selection with no less than five marked vegan main dishes. We've visited again and there were no major problems this time. The food was nice as well, including including a vegan meringue dessert.

This is a nice higher end restaurant with good atmosphere. However the eggplant we ordered, even tough it came with a very good hummus sauce, was tough and definitely undercooked for everybody. There were also mistakes made by the friendly server (one of us got vegetarian instead of vegan). The portions were pretty small. And the other server tried twice to coerce us into pooling for the bill so she didn't have to do the calculations...

The other dishes look promising so you can probably give it another chance (and they're not as problematic if not entirely cooked through). But our experience there was definitely underwhelming, especially considering the price level.

Tasty grilled veggies

Plenty of clearly marked vegan options (gf options as well). Focus is on grilled vegetables (artichoke, cauliflower, asparagus etc.). The dishes we had were really good and filling. They have a nice courtyard where you can eat during the warmer months. However, the dishes are on the pricier end.

Pros: Grilled vegetables, Friendly service, Courtyard

Cons: Rather expensive

Really tasty food!!

Didn't realize this was a hotel restaurant. There were a handful of vegan options on the menu. Really, really good bread to start. The cauliflower entree is good - I like the sauce drizzled on it. The tartare (?) appetizer is good but on the smaller side.

Great grilled vegetables

There are surprisingly many vegan options and the taste is good.
Rather fancy and calm.

Unfortunately, the portion size was relatively small and didn't come with potatoes or anything filling except the falafel.

Pros: Many vegan options, clearly labeled , The grill taste is nice

Cons: Not filling , Expensive

Quiet place to eat

The menu is 50% vegan. This is really welcome. The restaurant is part of a hotel complex and so full of traveling people. Food is beautifully presented and they do check that things are vegan.

Pros: Some great options, Terrific wine list, Lots of potatoes

Cons: Expensive, more greens needed on the menu, One potato dish was not cooked properly , Service is uneven - inattentive

Great restaurant!

Not allowed to give 5 stars as it's not fully vegetarian nor vegan, however a very big part of the menu is.

Very central, nice atmosphere, favouring local and seasonal ingredients. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. Some items on the menu might seem repetitive but there was enough variety for 2 of us to share different dishes without feeling like it was the same. In any case, it's the logical result of using seasonal and local. You won't find substitutes on this menu, just natural vegetables, fruit, seeds, nuts, ...

The vegan cinnamon icecream is a must try.

Pros: Great food, perfectly cooked, Menu changes often, perfect to go back, Good ingredients
