Tried all three of them, protein is not of my liking it's very chickpea based so that might be for you, the other two tho.. every time I come by Milan I try to go there cause it's amazing
They are actual sushi rolls that taste and resemble "normal" sushi, with flavorful twists thanks to sauces and foams made by them, some of the pieces especially in the rainbow box are very creative and I highly recommend to first try tasty and rainbow (the ones in the pictures)
The boxes come with chopsticks, soy sauce that's actually perfectly dosed even for someone that uses a lot of it like me and pickled ginger, you can consume on the premise but has very limited seating, I'd advise to grab the boxes and go to parco Sempione or giardino lea garofalo
Price is on the slightly expensive side but knowing the owner it is to give the employees a fair and livable salary so I gladly accept it given the quality that is offered

Il miglior sushi vegano che abbiamo mangiato. Al primo assaggio è iniziato un vero e proprio viaggio.. Abbiamo preso le nostre box e le abbiamo portate a casa e appena aperte abbiamo notato la loro cura e la loro bellezza. All'assaggio l'esplosione dei sapori ci ha lasciato senza parole. Super consigliato!!

Had the Tasty Box. Sushi is good, Gunkan Cheesecake was amazing. On the other hand, 30 euro for the large box is way too much imo, not for the quality but for quantity. I reccomend have a try anyway.

We loved EssenzaSushi! They have a lot of options and also pre-made boxes with great combos. We tried the Tasty Box and some other sushi pieces. Everything was incredible. They also make sweet options and we tried the Tiramisushi - if you think rice, nori and tirsamisu don't work together, we really have to try this sushi.

We tried three different boxes one of which was desserts. All were very tasty. Desserts were surprisingly successful especially the tremisushi. Not much seating though. The place is essentially designed for takeout/delivery. Must try if you are in Milano.

This 100% vegan sushi spot absolutely blew my mind! They create the most interesting and creative sushi, including dessert options like the "tiramisushi" (which is incredible by the way). I had the "Tasty" box and loved every bite. Just keep in mind that seating is very limited, so it might be better for takeaway.

The Sushi here is amazing, so special, artistic and diverse. We tried many of the Sushi types available, the whole family loved it (kids, teen and adults). Staff and nice, friendly and know English. Not much room to sit in (more of a takeaway place), but we wanted to sit inside and they were very accommodating and welcoming. We got here again a day after to buy more yummy Sushi.

This sushi place is totally unique. There is a large variety of uramakis and nigiris to choose from and the flavours are very interesting. We liked that they did not try to mimic the original recipe, and instead carve out a freshly distinctive taste. I also liked the use of fermented ingredients. Some of the sushis seemed still to be work in progress, however, specifically the orange one and the creme caramel.
