Absolutely amazing! Sushi is 100% vegan and even gluten free. You can order separate pieces or boxes. There are three types of boxes, which are recommended: rainbow (you have different colors of sushi), tasty (you have the tasties sushi pieces) and protein (it’s the more complete box considering nutrients). We ordered a rainbow and tasty box. The original part about this sushi place is that they also make sweet sushi, and among them there’s even the tiramisushi, incredibly good. In each box you have one type of sweet sushi, but you can also order the sweet box with all kinds of sweet sushies they make. An experience you don’t find anywhere! Prices are good and everything is also eco friendly, since no plastic is used, but everything is made with paper. The place is take away, but you can find two little tables inside of the local. Menus change according to the season and sometimes they make special pieces for a few days, for example the carbonara sushi, which they made some months ago.

Really wonderfully presented, delicious vegan sushi - a bit on the expensive side but that’s to be expected with sushi. Had the rainbow box and can’t wait to try the other two when I am next in town.

Kleiner aber feiner komplett veganer Sushiladen in direkter Nähe des Cimitero Monumentale. Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, der uns den Inhalt der verschiedenen Boxen erklärte. Das Sushi war wunderschön (aber leider in Pappboxen) angerichtet und sehr lecker.

Super nice veg sushi - Edit
This restaurant offers an "a la carte" option and a box option. They come in 3 sizes (S 10 pieces, M 16 pieces and L 24 pieces). The boxes have 3 options, rainbow, tasty and protein. The protein one is the only one that doesn't have sweet sushi in it. You can also compose your own box but then you can only choose 8 pieces of one flavor, whereas in the pre made boxes you have about 2 or 4 pieces for each taste. The flavors are based on natural ingredients and very tasty and polished, which makes each roll unique. I was not a huge fan of the sweet one, but that's mostly personal preference. Everything was really high quality and yummy.

Plant based sushi (only take out and delivery) made of fresh seasonal ingredients (no fake salmon, no fake tuna). Gluten free. They also have some sweet sushi rolls.
