Vegan Falafel Bowl, Fries & Vegan Cake - Edit
Short and simple:
Read moreService: 4/5 - Friendly but not always available.
Food: 4/5 - for presentation of the food I would have to give it a full 5/5 but the taste did not slow a full 5 star review. The food looks great and tastes good.
My recommendation:
- Definitely the fries!
- The homemade lemonade
- Absolutely amazing was the strudel cake!!
Another plus for the restaurant, dogs were allowed indoor and outdoor of the restaurant and the Dekoration and design allowed a comforting atmosphere.

I wanted to get a vegan pizza at Schlaflos and as they were closed due to vacation, I ended up here, in a place nearby.
Read moreThe employees seemed stressed, obviously they were under-staffed, I do realize and understand this, I used to work in gastronomy business for a long time, too.
So my ask for vegan options (“does the green leaf on the menu mean vegan or vegetarian?”) was not so welcome, as it took time to explain and ask a few details in the kitchen.
In fact they have a few vegan options, such as falafel and tofu bowl, I chose second and didn’t have high expectations.
I was positively surprised, the bowl (14,50€) was very flavorful and fresh, yet nurishing.
It also featured many different prepared veggies, chickpeas, Antipasti veggies, a smooth avo-dip, sprouts and a base of nice spiced bulgur wheat.
Couldn’t complain here!
As I told the waiter how I enjoyed, he smiled and immediately got way friendlier (he wasn’t really unfriendly before, just a little hectic) 😊
It’s always nice for service providing people to hear that their job and work is appreciated.
It can make their day 🫶🏽
Pros: fresh and rich in flavor , healthy-ish
Cons: not all vegan, you should ask for vegan, not rely on menu
