Limited choice yet nice wrap - Edit
Ideally they expand the options. You can make your own vegan salad. From ready made things there was a wrap. They have vegan milks (almond, oat and soja)

Very limited vegan options - Edit
I don’t agree personally with the good reviews about this place honestly. I first entered to a Faborit (there are many in Madrid) 10 years ago. 10 years later, I go to this one in Plaza de España and the food offering is pretty much the same. No vegan sandwich option, no vegan wrap option, no sweet option except fruit or dark chocolate. The only vegan options are basically either gazpacho or salmorejo (same as gazpacho but with bread mixed, for those who don’t know what it is), a vegan salad and that’s it. Oh, and their ginger hot beverage contains honey so not vegan. I only drank a kombucha (which I admit was good) and would never come there for food.

El lugar en el que está situado es inmejorable, pleno centro de Madrid, junto a la Plaza de España, y sus precios son muy asequibles en comparación con otras cadenas similares. La única pega que tendría es que no es un establecimiento totalmente vegano.
