I found this place because of the amazing reviews on here and it didn't disappoint! We had the Madeiran falafel wrap, the middle eastern wrap and a cauliflower soup which were all delicious, the falafels tasted super fresh and are healthy portions and served with fries, the soup is simple and delicious and very cheap. The homemade iced tea was also lovely. The whole menu is vegan but I think sometimes the specials are just vegetarian. I went with two non vegans who both enjoyed it and I'm sure I'll be back during my trip!

This restaurant was just lovely! We visited for dinner and had a great falafel wrap and a lovely warm chocolate brownie brownie for dessert - everything was absolutely delicious!

Even if you are not vegan, this is a must-visit in Funchal.

The restaurant is very cute in a corner. The food is delicious. We took the dish of the day and the salad. For dessert we chose sweet triangle. It's without sugar and gluten - yummy!

The restaurant is in a back alley and took some time for us to find. We got the Madeirain wrap and the Mediterranean wrap. We also got the ice popsicles.

We ate here twice as was so grateful to find a vegan restaurant after travelling around the island being disappointed a lot! We had 2 x falafel plates and 2 x burgers another day .. All very fresh and homemade even if not the best versions of either type of meal. Lovely setting and great staff, one guy winked at me a lot lol

One of the best vegan restaurants in Funchal - Edit
This is THE go-to spot in Funchal! If you're in town, you absolutely need to check it out. I tried the Madeira wrap, and it was exquisite. Every bite bursted with flavor, absolutely delicious! Plus, the other dishes looked just as tempting. And for dessert, they even serve vegan popsicle ice creams. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Vegan food in Madeira has been quite a disappointment but Fala Fala is the only decent place here in my opinion. The burger was yummy and staff was nice. The falafel are tiny (though yummy) and even 10 of those won’t fill you - better skip them and go for something more filling. Location is central and “outdoor” seating is under a glass roof and good for any weather.

Nice place in a cozy alley😁 I am happy with this restaurant because it is completely vegetarian. There are also plenty of vegan options. The falafel wraps were very tasty. I ordered the Maderian falafel wrap with mango and it was delicious!

Situated down an alley this place is worth seeking out. Friendly staff and absolutely delicious falafel wraps especially the Asiatic! A glass of fruit filled sangria is also worth a try! Definitely do not miss this place when in Funchal.

A nice place, located in a small ally near an indoor shopping center in the middle of funchal. We went there at lunch-time, so it wasn’t very crowded. Good coffee, good lunch, good dessert!

Based on others reviews had to try this place and was very glad I did. Lots of options to choose from. Food was delicious!! Staff were very helpful. It’s in a nice setting. Will be eating here again.

Fresh and delicious lunch here. We tried their asiatic and Mediterranean wraps and thoroughly enjoyed both. And the affogato at the end was a real treat!
