Serves meat, vegan options available. Sushi place offering an unusually large number of vegetarian choices. Uses mayonaise. Open Mon-Wed 11:00-15:00, Mon-Sun 17:00-22:00, Fri-Sat 11:00-15:00.
The restaurant is located in the city center of Stuttgart-Vaihingen, within 10 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. It is mainly take-out and delivery. You can dine there, but it has only one table and a counter with chairs. The atmosphere is not charming, just ok.
They have a Sushi menu which is vegetarian, probably vegan, too. The sushi rolls contains avocado, mushroom and water chestnut. The menu contains fried tofu stuffed with rice and some algae salad (size of a sushi roll). It is tasty and varied.
Beside the menu there is little choice: Maybe the Mizo soup is without fish (did not ask), there are some simpler sushi with either avocado or cucumber. And the desserts seems to be fine, too.
It offers a great price-for-value. The dishes are tasty, also the ones containing fish. So the place it is fine if you want to dine / take out with non-veggie friends or have some Sushi you would otherwise miss.
Hi, we have been to this place: https://www.facebook.com/edo.sushibar.vaihingen and it was way better! both vegetarien Sushi menues could be easily changed into vegan and the staff was very nice.
