Cakes: not to repeat - Edit
I had 3 cakes for take away: wouldn't buy them again. I found the taste artificial and very sugary. As in: it just taste sweet without any other flavour to it.

I wanted to like this place more than I did. It sounds like I should’ve tried the pastries, but I got chicken and waffles. It was okay but wasn’t anything crazy or anything to rave about. If I’m back in Madrid anytime soon hopefully I can try some baked goods. They did have an iced latte which I was excited about

American diner-style restaurant, specialising in cakes, waffles and other sweets. They have savoury dishes such as burgers, sandwiches, wraps and even a waffle & chicken plate. We ordered the calamari bocadillo (typical dish of Madrid), the club sandwich, and for dessert, cheesecake and carrot cake. The food was very good, but the portions were small. The calamari bocadillo had very little sauce, it looked a bit poor. Desserts, on the other hand, were 10/10. The cheesecake was spectacular.

We ordered for delivery. The food was very good, especially the cakes. We tried the cheesecake and the carrot cake. On the downside, the portions seemed a bit small to us.

I tried their cinnamon roll and chocolate pastry and they were very tasty! Soft, fluffy and delicious. The whole restaurants looks really nice and staff is very friendly. Their croissants are also amazing!

But: the food is really disappointing. I had the brunch with scrambled eggs, bacon and avocado toast. And really, nothing was tasty at all.
The toast was soggy and the avocado cream, which was used sparingly, had no taste at all. The "tomato" was a small amount of red, unseasoned mass. The scrambled eggs tasted like cardboard and really, really not good. The bacon too. The portions were really small. I also had carrot cake and coffee. Both were OK, but nothing more.
Unfortunately, I can't understand all the positive reviews.

Went there for breakfast. Coffee was no good. I got the breakfast toast with bacon and eggs. The avocado on the toast was not good, you can see it was rotten so I didn’t even touch that. The eggs - really bad and sour. I only ate the bacon and hash brown. I also had a piece of the red velvet and it was ok- nothing exceptional. My hubby got the croissant and only ate a small piece. Also the waiter had quite a lot of attitude, which wasn’t very nice. Waste of money overall

I should have chosen as a desert one of the great looking cakes, but instead I tried their new white chocolate cookies which were a bit disappointing, the dough was a bit raw. On the bright side, the salchipapa was amazing!!

This place was so great I went back twice! First time I had the freedom hotdog and that thing was loaded with toppings! Really good hot dog. The coffee shake wasn’t bad, it was more runny of a consistency than I would like but it was 30 degrees outside so not their fault necessarily. Finished off the first meal with the red velvet cake which was good too!
Read moreSecond meal I had the clubhouse sandwich and that was probably my favourite meal of my 3 day trip to Madrid. It was everything I hoped for in a club! So delicious and flavourful. So many topping and the textures were great. I’d order that sandwich 100 more times if I had longer in Madrid.
Must eat here if you are a vegan in Madrid!

I came here on my own while waiting to check in to my hotel. I had the breakfast bap, curly fries and masala tea. I was very happy with my choice although the fake bacon was too close to bacon for my liking. I don’t really like meat or most fake meat but this was my mistake and I’m sure vegetarians/vegans who like the taste of meat would enjoy it.
Read moreThe music was nice and not too loud. It was around noon and there weren’t a lot of staff around, in fact, only one person was manning the main area. She’s very efficient and friendly enough, patient with my poor Spanish, too.
I decided to stay longer and order a milkshake which was a good decision. It’s possible to ask them for tap water (with ice, if you like).
All in all, it was a lovely choice for brunch and I’d come back again.

Absolutely huge menu, and the food was amazing! I had the vegan fish and chips which were lovely. However, when ordering online it does say the smoothies contain dairy, which I found a little strange. I didn’t query this with the staff.
