Power breakfast - Edit
Preparing to spend another day of walking around NYC we had the Kitchen Sink bowl to power up our day. It was full of fruit, oats, and had a great peanuty flavor.

Good Smoothie Bowls - Edit
Pretty good smoothie bowls. Service was good and the chocolate lover bowl was especially good. I would have gotten the oatmeal but they only made it with coconut milk.

Solid Açaí joint with labeled vegan options - Edit
I like this place because they had clearly labeled vegan options including a bagel with vegan cream cheese.
Read moreAt first I was a little verklempt because I did not see my morning coffee listed but they are right next door to Frisson Espresso , a very cool little place with non-dairy milks and great coffee.
We got our açai at fresh from hell and asked them next door after ordering our oatmilk lattes if they would allow us to bring the food in and they were very welcoming.
I saw other people eating at Frisson Espresso as well, you can use their seating and air conditioning next door.
Fresh from hell is probably more of a takeout place although they do have some seating on the sidewalk and indoors.
The açai was terrific, not over sweetened and just the right amount of fresh fruit, granola and flax seeds.

Tiny smoothie venue in NYC's Hell's Kitchen - Edit
This place offers juices, smoothies, oatmeal, acai bowls and the like. They also offer a vegan bagel with a vegan spread, and at times also offer soup. They evidently no longer offer salads--at least not when I visited.
Read moreThis should probably be listed as a juice place rather than a restaurant per se. If you want vegan food in this area, UT47 (a few doors down) seems like a better bet, The place is very small, with only a few stools to sit, and you order at a counter--ideally for takeout, not for relaxed dining. It is a small, clean venue, without the corporate vibe of a number of other juice places in NYC. I had a smoothie, and it was fine.
Pros: Good smoothies and juices, Close to Broadway theater district
Cons: More of a juice place than a restaurant, Not wheelchair accessible

Good quick breakfast place - Edit
Went there for breakfast and got an acai bowl. Tasted amazing and fresh. It was super quick and easy. However it was a little pricey, but that's that NYC area in general.

Smoothies and acaï - Edit
I had an acai bowl (11,75+ tax) and a bagel (7,50 +tax), they were good but the portions small and rather expensive. I guess it's partly due to the location.
