Cheap American style fastfood in the hearth of Paris - Edit
Burgers, chilli cheese fries, all-American, all-vegan menu. Go to first floor and have a nice view of the street, the establishment has plain interior, but is okay. It is quite affordable given the location. Establishment employs people with impairng hearing, which does not affect the service whatsoever, but be kind and ready for pointing finger in the menu when ordering.

100% vegan fast food joint open 24/7 and entirely ran by those in the deaf community. If you want something that hits the same spot as a McDonald's in a more ethical/healthy way then this is the place. Had their signature burger with jalapenos, sweet potato fries, and nuggets. Lots of seating upstairs (though they clearly run this place on a tight budget as it's very minimalist), and the staff were so nice.

Slurped up my burger - Edit
I was so curious to try this place since it is vegan and since it hires people who are Deaf. It was great. I got the Furajaa burger and literally slurped it up, it was tasty with classic textures. Next time I’ll splurge and get one of their extra large versions with fries. The seating upstairs was simple but functional and amazingly they have a mini-climbing wall for kids. I’ll go here anytime I’m in the neighborhood. 100% vegan ! — it’s now two days later and I came back to try the breakfast muffin. It is great! Unfortunately they are out of cookies today. It’s great eating here and participating briefly in Deaf culture (not just the staff but Deaf customers too). There are posters in the stairway to learn some sign language including the word vegan! This is an awesome spot.

Ordered a "kebab burrito" and a berry shake as take-away. The burrito or kebab was pretty mediocre – not bad, but didn’t have much to do with either a kebab or a burrito. But the milkshake, it tasted just plain *strange*, couldn’t even make myself finish it. So not recommending this place.

Great energy, tasty burgers! - Edit
I loved the energy of the staff and you don't need to know sign language to communicate. I ordered a burger and while it was pretty small, it was just enough for me. There are 3 types of burgers and they're all €8.90, even the double patty compared to single, so I'd suggest the double as the patties are very thin. The burger reminded me of McDonald's but way better and healthier. The price is quite affordable for Paris too.
