Great service and clear vegan options - Edit

Loved the dark chocolate and banana flavors. Over half the gelato options are vegan! Cone probably not vegan though.

Worst service staff - Edit

I went to this place after long working day to have some dessert with a friend.
On 20th September 2024 around 11 pm, the lady there was just so rude. She literally was rolling her everything on every question and also she made weird comments to which I confronted her and still she was rude.
This is not the service I expect and definitely I am going to post this in every platform.

I JUST DISLIKED that lady

Very disappointed - Edit

Yes, the vegan options are clearly labeled and the staff know what's what, but no edible vessels (cones) are vegan and before I could say anything a plastic cup was filled with overly sweet, synthetic-tasting fruit flavours. The portion was very small for the price and overall I wished I hadn't visited.
