Very little vegan options - Edit
I came bc I thought this place will be having a decent selection of vegan options (at least able to make the food vegan), but the woman told me almost every meal contains butter, cream or cheese and is NOT possible to make vegan. I don’t understand why since they claim to make everything fresh, but I managed to find some vegan potato curry.

Don't confuse it with the sweet shop next door. - Edit
We initially went to the snack and sweet shop with the massive sign saying 'govindam'. It was only after we ordered that we realised we were at the wrong place! The actual Govindam retreat was fantastic. Amazing food. Aloo Gobi was delicious and the waiter knew about veganism. Reasonably priced too. If you enjoyed your meal, you get to ring a bell on the way out. Charming!

I came with my family . found good quality of vegetarian food with reasonable price. Vegan food also there .. just you have to inform your server while placing the order. As i found all the food of mine was fresh and immediately prepared in front of me after placing the order. So full hygiene ..

Tasty food and vegan options - Edit
Vegan options are not marked on the menu but when I asked the staff understood what vegan was and were able to advise me on what I could eat. I had a simple dal and tomato rice which were both very tasty. A bit expensive compared to other places in Jaipur but the food was very well done.

Don’t bother if vegan - Edit
More expensive than the average we’ve paid in Rajasthan. Waiter didn’t understand veganism so kept suggesting dishes with dairy in. They gave us a complimentary dessert which we read in the menu was beetroot cooked in ghee!! The restaurant was empty but they still rushed us. Our waiter tried to get us to give the restaurant a 5* review on trip advisor whilst we were sat there. Other than all of that the main course was quite good (and hopefully vegan).
