Gluten free and delicious - Edit
Greenhouse is temporarily closed, but they'll be back, and I can not wait. Everything is so beautiful and delicious. They are also so generous to invite me to try new menu items. I got to meet the owner from Australia at the sanctuary and she was so nice. They have a large selection of items from starters, main plates, and desserts. I really enjoy their brunch menu, and they have some fantastic tacos. Prices are a little high, but it's a fancier restaurant.

Hidden gem - Edit
Simple yet pleasant decor. We wanted lunch but we’re given brunch menus. My husband asked about the menu we saw online. Christina was wonderful - explained why it wasn’t the one we were given but let us order what we had seen! So sweet and helpful.

Favorite in Columbus - Edit
My favorite vegan restaurant in Columbus. All of the food is top notch & soooo tasty. However, there’s only a few people (servers) working at a time so service can be a bit slow but not terrible. Overall completely worth it.

Everything was amazing - Edit
We tried four small plates (which are NOT small—the servings are more than generous—we have leftovers) and everything was spectacular and beyond delicious. Service was great as well.

DELIGHTFUL - Edit
Everything on the menu is positively mouthwatering. I intend to go back and try everything on it. Mrs. and I tried four dishes and absolutely loved all of them. The cocktails are very tasty too. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere too, though I do wish it was situated in more pleasant surroundings; it faces a boring strip mall on a busy street. Our server was very friendly and polite, though sadly seemed to have absolutely no short term memory, which, to be honest, was its own kind of entertainment. Sadly I did not get to sample the desserts I was interested in because they weren't available the day of my visit, but they sounded amazing. Overall, this restaurant provided one of the finest dining experiences I've ever had as a vegan. This restaurant has my highest recommendation.

Upscale vegan restaurant - Edit
My wife and I went to this place for the first time. We ordered the enchiladas and the fetuchini. Both were ok. Will definitely come back again to try something else. Place didn’t look busy even for a Friday night. Ambiance is good. Parking. We parked across the street although I think there’s parking in the back. Plenty of parking. Service was good. Presentation of the plates looked very nice !

Who knew you could make a pancake out of vermicelli noodles? This place did! Had the chilli jam scrambled tofu vermicelli noodles and the cauliflower wings and I'm now wondering how I can leave this state knowing I may never have this experience again 🤤🤤life just won't be the same

Service was very fast! Great menu with many options for vegans. We got the arancini balls, mushroom cheeseburger, and cauliflower wings. Portion sizes were great, and the handcrafted drinks we ordered while we waited were worth it as well. Cruelty free food at its finest!

Cool Little Spot - Edit
Really great setting. Definitely lives up to the greenhouse aesthetic with botanist forward cocktails, thriving plant life, and plant-based dishes. We went for restaurant week (what great options!!) and had a lovely time testing the variety of menu options. Definitely get the pumpkin gnocchi! We don't live close to Grandview, but will definitely be recommending this to friends who do live in the area and ask to go here when those friends want to go for a night on the town.

Amazing Place for a Date - Edit
Or really any excuse to celebrate. Living in the mid-west for the last six years, it’s been difficult to find a fancy, all-vegan, place for a special date. You know, the one that’s WORTH the price tag and not expensive just because it’s vegan.
Read moreWe opted for multiple small plates:
Cheese plate
Pumpkin & truffle mushroom gnocchi
Arancini balls
And ended with the pecan pie
The cheese plate was amazing. Im not quite sure what the cheeses were-our server was new, but we really didn’t care, it was amazing. The only “issue” we had was the crackers’ flavor was really intense and overpowered the flavor of the cheese, but I chalked it up to personal preference.
The gnocchi was exquisite. I haven’t had anything like this in a long time, while the truffle oil was a little overbearing, ok so I’m a “super-taster” -really-my husband thought it was perfect, I didn’t care. We tried our best to slow down and take it all in.
The Arancini balls took the cake, in my opinion. I want to go back and order more. Amazing.
The pecan pie isn’t a typical pecan pie, which was a little disappointing. I haven’t had pecan pie since going vegan 10-years-ago. I wish they’d mark it “raw”, but it’s really okay. It was delicious. I’m glad my husband tapped out at only three bites in because I would have fought him for the rest.
Pros: All vegan, Love the decor - bought a shirt, Innovative, fresh, and delicious
Cons: Pricey, but worth it

Amazing food you would proudly feed anyone. - Edit
I came here on a date with my SO who is a strict vegetarian for religious reasons. I myself love to cook and have had some culinary jobs. The food I got here was absolutely amazing. Perfectly seasoned and SALTED with good flavor combinations all around. My SO and I demolished everything they gave us and literally licked a plate clean. Although the service was slow that was due to only having two staff on the clock. During a pandemic where there is a wage shortage(therefore a worker shortage) the service was absolutely acceptable for one person. Our waiter gave us recommendations when we asked and didn’t intrude at all. Completely accommodating to what we needed and concise when necessary. Will be returning to try more.

Where's the salt? - Edit
I had really, really high expectations for this place, and that may have affected my overall experience somewhat. Seeing the incredible menu that they put out on their website, I expected Greenhouse to compete with Comune and Service Bar in terms of innovative and masterful vegan cuisine. I also hesitate to rate vegan restaurants as less than stellar because, well, I want to see more of them! But I don't want to give them a free pass just because of what they are.
Read moreI went in person with a friend, the only restaurant I have done so for the entire pandemic, because their website says they are only seating two guests at a time right now. (I may have misinterpreted this, because there were two other guests there when we arrived, but I didn't want to make a big deal of it.) The interior is minimalist and clean. I figured a restaurant with a dress code would have a more upscale atmosphere, but it's more casual and trendy.
For starters, I got a cocktail. Sweet and spicy, one of my favorite flavor combinations! It was an attractive and colorful drink. Not very boozy but very delicious, and a great palate cleanser for my meal. I loved it.
Next up we shared two small plates, which came out prompt and warm. The arancini balls were wonderfully savory with a nice crisp exterior. The Korean rice cakes were sweet and spicy, and I don't know if the lettuce was a garnish or part of the dish (lol), but I used it as wraps and it provided a good texture contrast. I found myself wanting for a little more salt in the dishes, maybe a little more sauce or squeeze of lemon for the arancini balls.... But overall I really enjoyed both dishes and they got me even more excited for the big plates.
The big plates were BIG! Wow, I was not expecting such a huge portion of food. I had one giant cannelloni, vegan cheese wrapped in a chickpea crepe, plated with tomato sauce, a small salad, and a single piece of crispy kale. As soon as it arrived, I knew something was off, but it took me a minute to figure out what. And as I took my first bite, I realized it was cold. I was too embarrassed to ask, "is this dish supposed to be cold?" because surely a place this fancy wouldn't serve a cold dish on accident. But because it was cold, I couldn't smell it, the way you would immediately smell a delicious hot dish that was placed in front of you. And not only was it cold, it was bland. It was very underseasoned, and tasted like it hadn't been made with any salt at all. The texture was all creamy a

Excellent all around - Edit
Fantastic service. Amazing food. Nice, but casual, decorum. I’ve been pining for purely vegan places to open in Grandview, and it seems I’ve gotten my wish with Nile, Vida’s, and this place. This place is up there with my favorites in the area.
Read moreI had the turmeric latté as a little appetizer, and that was really interesting. Steamed oatmilk and a bunch of turmeric? Yes please!
I had the eggplant parmigiana for dinner, and damn was that good. Instead of being a giant pile of cheese and breading, it was mostly eggplant with a bit of breading, marinara, and a topping of their cashew brie and parmesan sprinkles. I highly recommend it.
For dessert I went with the rocky road mousse. Again, I was blown away. Can’t wait to try the pecan pie.
It ain’t cheap by any means, but worth it when it fits with your budget.
Pros: Lots of great options, Fancy and healthy-seeming, Amazing service
