The food was really delicious! I ate the Bowl with Seitan and Fries, my chosen sauces were Blanche and Aioli.

The staff was very friendly and able to communicate in English.
It seems to be a quite popular place, which I fully understand. While we ate, there was a queue in front of the restaurant, waiting to place their orders. Even though there were many people, the food came quite fast.

Read moreIt seems to be a very popular place, so you should not get angry or even surprised if you have to stand in line for a while before it's your turn. And the three girls in the kitchen and reception were very busy, so it is no wonder if they now and then loose their temper a slight bit.
But we had no problems at all with the staff. We sat upstairs. It isn't a very big restaurant. They also have some bartables downstairs, plus a small terrasse, where people still sat now at the end of October. The atmosphere was very pleasing upstairs.
The only thing I regret, and I read some other reviews here about it too : There is a lack of seasoning. I had a bowl with falafels, red kale, grated carrots and fries. It all lacks some salt and spices, herbs, sauces, some juicy vegetables, some seeds. The grated carrots where a bit too big and dry for my taste. There could be some more dessert choices too other than some pastry.
But I still give them 4 because they are fully vegan (and I'm not used to that where I live) and it is very likely that I will visit them again.

Delish! Popped in just after they opened at 7pm, and got quick service. I ordered the vebab menu. 18 euros is not cheap, but it was well worth it for some yummy, slightly junk, dinner!
Read moreThe fries were greasy and salty, exactly what I needed after a long day of biking. And the kebab itself was saucy and the seitan was pretty good too! The right amount of filling to not be overstuffed and have it all fall out. I also got a lemonade and a dessert, the brookie. My brookie was very cold, which made it not exactly amazing, but after letting it warm up it got better (maybe they had just taken them out of the fridge since they just opened when I ordered).
Not too much seating, but was not a problem at 7pm. People definitely started coming in later though! Overall, if you want a filling and delicious kebab-style meal, this is the place for it!

Wonderful Vebab place - Edit
Cute place, with some seating upstairs and on a small terrace on the street. We passed by a bit early for lunch time, luckily as the line was immense when we left! Totally understandable that this is a go-to place for the locals, we tried the Vebab menu, one with a side of falafel and one with fries, everything was delicious! The seitan Vebab really is something else!

I visited here three times while I was in Grenoble. The vebab was better than any I've had in Finland. The person at the counter was very friendly and spoke good english. Would definitely recommend visiting here when in Grenoble.
Read moreThere were lots of options for customising your meal. You could choose either vebab or falafel, pita bread or flatbread and then two among around ten different sauces. A vebab pita with two sauces was deliciously greasy and moist, but the choice of sauces probably has a large effect on that. You can also get a salad, but I did not try that.
A vebab by itself was maybe 8,50 € and a meal with a side of fries, falafel or salad, and a drink was 15 €. Reasonable prices for the times considering the vebab itself will fill you and there is free water.
There are also vegan pastries on offer at a reasonable price. I had a blueberry muffin and a crookie. Both delicious.
The decor is also very fun and there is some outdoor seating.
I didn't try to test the entire menu, but I still very highly recommend this place based on what I did get to experience.

Gustavo c'est irrésistible, après être passé une fois, c'est mon endroit fétiche depuis 2 ans. Vous ne trouvez nul part d'aussi bon tacos et vebab aussi nourrissant, incroyablement bon et savoureux. Leurs sauces maison sont à se lécher les doigts, tellement unique et complémentaire. Pour suivre, leur frites sont tellement croustillante, meilleurs que dans le nord. Au passage, tout est vegan mais ça a conquis toute les personnes carnistes que j'ai emmené. Même eux parle de Gustavo sans pouvoir dénigrer quoi que ce soit. Bref, pourvu que ça dure et que d'autres s'inspire avec des tarifs un peu moins cher pour les étudiants.

Cozy little spot with a nice choice of streetfood. The staff was very friendly, patient and explained everything pretty well. The Vebab came with french fries and a homemade sauce of your choice. It was delicious! I definitely recommend coming here if you stay in Grenoble.

Best vegan kebab ever - Edit
I had the kebab, made out of seitan, with fries and very nice Kombucha from the alps for 13.90. Very nice price for such amazing food. I would recommend Gustavo to everyone visiting or living in Grenoble. Very nice staff as well.
