Deli style shop with a wide range of vegan options including pastas, pestos, chocolates, sauces, chutneys, relishes, teas, coffees and other goodies. Open Mon-Fri 10:30-18:30, Sat-Sun 10:00-18:30.
Cute and small store in the middle of the Brixton Market. There were a number of vegan and vegan friendly items in the store when I was there this week. They also carried many products from one of my favorite brands, Seggiano, among many other vegan condiments, food items, chocolates, and beverages.
The first thing you see when you walk in is a small island of chocolate and a fridge with alcohol and meats. Not much of the chocolate is vegan and the stuff that is is not very readily displayed. The large majority of the shops is spreads like jam and honey. There is a wall of eco items like reusable water bottles and silicone spoons and things like that.
Many thanks for your review. I am the owner of the shop. Probably about two thirds of our chocolate range is vegan. All good quality dark chocolate is vegan for example. We also sell boxes of chocolates that are vegan (truffles for example) and I spend a great deal of time looking for tasty vegan products.
I would estimate that about 70%+ of the food products we sell are vegan, for example we typically have 6-7 different nut butters that are vegan. We also sell vegan pestos, sauces, syrups, cordials, cold drinks, oils, crackers and cookies.
We do sell non vegan items as well as you pointed out.
