Not sure they all know what vegan means

I had the vegan egg rolls, and the tofu banh mi. They were both ok, even good, but not great in my opinion. The egg rolls were clearly marked vegan. I asked if the tofu banh mi was vegan and the server had to ask. I watched the guy she asked make a confused look before he answered and I'm pretty sure the sandwich I was served had butter on the bread. If you go here I highly recommend being very specific about what you don't want them to put on your food. Or there are also a couple clearly marked vegan options. But I'd make sure they don't have eggs or dairy just to be sure.

For me, the food wasn't good enough to risk it a second time. Also, the bathrooms were pretty gross, so there's that.

I will say, service was friendly, and prompt. I hope anyone else who goes has a better experience. The restaurant is rated pretty well on Google maps.
