I just got a vegetarian box which was half tempura and half avocado and vegetables. They also sell individual pieces so you can customise your sushi. They have inari, seaweed, mushroom, tempura and other options.

Delicious tofu - Edit
Had the teriyaki tofu and wow it was amazing! The texture and the way it was all cooked, lovely. The lady at the counter let me know that the miso soup it came with was not vegan, so didn't have it. I highly appreciated that.

I got the vegetarian bento box. The worker said everything was vegan besides the miso soup so took it out. It was so delicious! The tofu is glazed, the edamame is perfectly salted imo, and the sushi was delicious. I would 100% get again!
