best vegan pho i’ve had in the city! - Edit
i was shocked that the vegetarian pho came with vegan chicken and tofu in addition to all the yummy veggies (zucchini, brocolli, mushroom, bok choy, carrot - plus addins like jalapeño, herbs, and sprouts).

Many dishes can be adjusted to be made vegan. This is a great spot to go with meat-eating friends. The food was tasty and I’m excited to go back and try another dish!

Small but good vegan menu. - Edit
I had only tried the vegan curry and crispy vegetarian rolls and they were both delicious. The curry came out still bubbling in clay pot, rich and flavorful. Ambiance is okay, for great ambiance I suggest to go to Slanted Door at the Ferry Building for upscale Vietnamese food with vegan options.
