Really tasty vegan food - Edit
The selection is small but the flavor is big for the vegan options at Honey & Co. This is our favorite brekkie/brunch spot in Salem now. They revised their egg recipe this last year to tofu and it is much better (just realized my photos are from before the change, will try to get new photos). The chorizo scramble is my fav but we’ve had the Greek, veggie, and Bacon meals as well - all really good. They have vegan butter for the sides of toast and they also have a large selection of mimosas if you like to class up your meal 😂.

Finally a vegan breakfast option in Salem - Edit
We decided to give this place a go after seeing they offer vegan breakfast options. These aren't the sad excuses of avocado toast or side of fruit. My wife got the chorizo veggie scramble (made with tofu) and I got the vegan French toast. Both were delicious and filling. The only negative is the up charge for oat milk for coffee and the French toast didn't come with any sides, so there was no option to add a protein. The scramble came with a potato and toast side, and both meals came with vegan butter. Score!
Read moreTheir vegan menu is only listed on their specials wall, so don't expect to find the vegan options on their printed menu. The options do change occasionally, so you may not know ahead of time what they offer but the offerings we experienced were worth coming in!
