This biz almost disappeared after getting rocked by a couple wild scandals in 2023, but new ownership gave it new energy. It’s still a solid choice when you’re on the Hill, especially if you’re hanging w/an omnivore.
Read moreThey have 5 vegan sandwiches + potato salad + chili on their current menu. My partner picked up the Emilio Pestevez + potato salad to split. It’s been a loooong time, but it wasn’t as good as I remembered. The smoked tomato Field Roast way overpowered the other flavors + the potato salad needed a pinch of salt. Maybe it was an off night?

Been wanting to come here for ages. Small restaurant with a bar. Staff very friendly and made great recommendations for my sandwich. Ordered the Bellissimo and it was outstanding! I’ll be back every single time I’m in proximity.

5 amazing veggie sandwiches! The veggie BLT is a winner, you can get it vegan (with vegansise) and add avocado. The Bellisimo with smoked tomato Field Roast, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, basil, and goat cheese on a baguette. The Juke with veggie chicken BBQ sauce onions banana peppers and sharp cheddar on a baguette. Can sub Field Roast Vegan Cheese on everything. Also 3 veggie burgers and vegan potato salad.

Not low calorie but DELICIOUS vegetarian sandwiches - Edit
The sandwiches here are to die for. Vegetarian sandwich options can be limited in Seattle, and not only is this is one of best I've encountered, they have nearly as many vegetarian options as non-vegetarian. Their options are definitely not low calorie and can be a little heavy on the dairy side but they are sooo tasty. Be warned -- this is not a quick in and out location. So, be prepared for a wait.

Honeyhole is kind of a hole in the wall (lolz), but the vegan sandwich I had here was tasty (pretty sure it was the BLT). Our server was knowledgeable and helped us craft vegan chili fries (not worth it though; the Chao cheese they used was just slices ripped up and it wasn't melty).

Best Vegan BLT! - Edit
I come here almost every weekend, as my best friend lives around the corner. I get the vegan BLT (make sure to say vegan) pretty much Everytime, but their chili is very good too. They will even make you chili fries if you ask! Dennis the bar manager is the best!! Open late, love being able to get a substantial vegan meal after a long night out!
