Wir sind in den kleinen süßen Laden rein, da wir gelesen hatten, dass sie auch ein veganes „Sandwich“ im Angebot haben. Auf Nachfrage am Tresen konnten wir uns jedoch weitaus mehr zusammen stellen oder auch Nudeln und Salat dazu bestellen.

Tasty sandwich - Edit
The one vegan sandwich was much appreciated and very flavorful. The bread was perhaps the best I had while in Italy. The caramelized onions and zucchini were a tasty combination. My sandwich was massive. Easily got two meals out of it, so a good value as well.

me and my friends popped over because i found it on here, and the sandwich is so flavorful and delicious??? its almost sweet with an apple flavor. very refreshing and filling for a midday snack in the italian heat!

Excellent tasteful Italian Sandwhich - Edit
I had the vegan Schiacciata and it was one of the best flavour experiences. The caramelized onions in combination with the other ingredients just create such a tasteful experience. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a vegan traditional sandwhich.

They have exactly one vegan sandwich so the choice is very limited but damn that is one good sandwich!!! It is a must try since this is typical Italian food. The staff is very friendly too.

I had the Papillon vegan sandwich and it was delicious! I enjoyed it more than the vegan sandwich that was custom made for me at All’antico Vinaio (the famous sandwich shop in Florence). Small shop but they have additional seating upstairs. Highly recommend!

We had the Schiacciata Papillon and the Panzanella (tomato/cucumber/bread salad). Both were excellent, and they even brought out a tiny coffee afterwards. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. Don’t be put off by the lack of seating inside the storefront, there is more upstairs. There is meat in the glass case where you order, so if that is a problem for you, you have been warned.
