Great for breakfast - Edit
A good selection of baked goods (not all are vegan, so it's always a good idea to ask, but most are) and meals (we had and liked the lasagna), friendly staff. A really good option for a vegan breakfast in Rovereto.

We came across this place by chance and had two types of lasagne, both wonderful, followed by an orange and ginger sorbet.

Locale nel centro di Rovereto che lavora sia come ristorante/gastronomia sia come panetteria. Cibo buono e staff molto gentile, in particolare la signora che penso sia la titolare. Assolutamente raccomandato se passate da queste parti

I had an soy milk cappuccino which was good. Unfortunately cake was out of stock. Staff was very friendly. They had a good variety of vegan food and drinks on the menu and a small fridge and shelf where you can buy some more vegan products like mock sausages

Coziest yummiest place! - Edit
The bakery is very small but contains everything you wish for! Loads of vegan options, both for drinks and food. They also have vegan ginseng (not so easy to find in Italy in my experience), which I had and was lovely. They also sell vegan and vegetarian products such as hemp pesto, biscuits and much more.
