Delish early meals - Edit
Inina is a fully gluten-free, plant based venue, which also abstains from peanuts, almonds, onions and garlic. Moreover they produce their own milk made from cashews and macadamia in order to reduce plastic waste. I went twice for breakfast, taking advantage of their early opening hours. The smoothie bowl with cacao, avocado, banana and dates had a special touch by the added ginger, which I really liked. The hash browns with avocado, alfalfa sprouts, sauerkraut and papaya sauce were equally pleasant and nutritious. The staff was kind and the place has a garden, where you may enjoy the sun while eating.

Fantastic place for breakfast in San Cristobal - Edit
I enjoyed a delicious burger in a lovely garden and was served by some very friendly people. The coffee was also tasty. Highly recommend!

Amazing all vegan menu, simple and nutritious options. Great atmosphere and the owner Ben is a gem. Highly recommend and loved their hot chocolate, we went every morning for it and a coffee.

The owner recommended the Tortas de Papa - incredibly good! We also had the Queso de nueces de la India (cashew cheese) and guacamole. They have created some amazing flavours in their dishes. We also tried the Kéfir which was tumeric flavour of the day - so good.
What a find!
