AMAZING creamy ramen - Edit
We recommend getting the big bowl. The fake meat was wonderful and the broth was incredibly creamy! The gyoza were also good!!

Lovely vegan ramen! I had the vegan tonkotsu one, there were two vegan options. There were also vegan gyoza, which I went for as a side. Also really tasty. Good service and English speaking staff!

Located on the 8th floor of LUMINE EST Shinjuku (store number 13). Had the Special silk-smooth veggie Tonkotsu Miraton for ¥1330 plus 10 gyozas for ¥680, both quite tasty.

The soup base was very creamy and the toppings were delicious. We added a soft boiled egg to enhance the dish. Located on floor 8 of the Lumine Est building. Free iced water and tea was also available.

I’ve had a lot of vegan ramens and the tonkotsu here was one of my favorites! The vegan meat was a little interesting but the broth and noodles were so good. Hope they add vegan options to more locations!

I had ramen and gyoza. The gyoza were really good. The ramen was not the best I’ve had. The soup and noodles were good, but I didn’t really like the fake meat/tofu. The texture was very spongy. Still, this place is convenient if you’re at Shinjuku station.

Although there's a sign that says "plant-based studio", the menu is not fully vegan; there are also two non-vegan ramen containing meat. However, you will find abundant vegan options - two types of ramen and gyoza as well. Their vegan ramen was quite delicious and came in a generous serving. At only 1330 yen (tax included), it was a good bang for your buck!

One of the best in Tokyo - Edit
This was the first ramen I ate when I first landed in Tokyo and the last one before leaving too. I really recommend this place, the ramen is delicious and priced fairly. You can add or remove ingredients. There's free fresh water and tea refills if you don't want to order a drink. Staff spoke English. Located in a mall.

Plenty of space so you are most likely to get a seat. Very very good ramen, especially for the price and awesome Gyoza. With two people and drinks you are about to pay 4000 JPY so about 25€. It’s a very nice place to eat when you are visiting Shinjuku.

Sadly Its Very Hidden, you have to go to Shinjuku Station and then go to Lumine Est to the 8 floor (the escalator only goes up to the 7th floor so you have to take and find the stairs that lead to the last floor, 8th floor) and then its at the very end and its quite hidden behind other restaurants. Look for this Kanji 一風堂)
