Really yummy pickles - Edit
Had the Goddess wrap it was amazing shared it with my husband one easily feeds two if you are not starving. I’m not usually a huge fan of falafel but it was so good. Sadly the fries are cooked in beef oil so not vegan so could not get them on the side.

Yummy but you have to sit at the bar for most vegan options - Edit
I remember coming here before and enjoying the cauliflower and the falafel pitas but this time I couldn't see them on the menu. Turns out to get these options you have to sit at the bar? So random. So we had to move from the table we'd made a booking for to the bar (1m away) which was noisy and hard to talk in our group of 4 so really detracted from the experience. It's yummy but there are kinda three main vegan options (all bar only) - two falafel pita options and a cauliflower eggplant falafel plate. We had all three options and they were delicious but the ambience was reduced at the bar.

Sydney CBD’s best late night spot - Edit
Great tunes, great atmosphere, open bar and open late…. lots of vegan items on the menu to choose from. I had the Felafel Goddess Pita, and honestly haven’t had felafel pita this good since I visited Egypt in 2006.
Read morePros: Huge menu with lots of vegan items, Large space with ample seating and friendly staff, Delicious food
Cons: A bit pricey, but to be expected being in the CBD

Amazing falafel veggie plate - Edit
The vegetarian falafel plate was amazing. Great selection of charred cauliflower, soft egg plant, salad, falafel in a beautiful tahini sauce with little pickled peppers.

Fanciest falafel restaurant ever - Edit
Amazing filled pita. It was busy around lunch time and we had a short wait for a table but it was worth the wait.

The best falafel period - Edit
A modern take on some of the best food we had in Sydney. While taking the light rail, we heard some youths mention how “slappin’” Jimmy’s Falafel was so we knew we had to stop and try it. And boy are we glad we did. We were in a hurry to a show at the Opera House and our food and drinks came out in no time!

Interesting Falafel - Edit
Since Sabbaba closed, this is your city falafel option. Jimmy's makes interesting falafel pittas, with picked veg and pickled chilli.
Read moreThe place has a good vibe and is usually playing good music. It's open late.
Cons:
It is expensive, crowded, and the service is slow, and
I love Zoug, but I'm not paying $4 extra for a splash of sauce or condiment.

Fancy falafel - Edit
Don't be fooled by the name: Jimmy's falafel is the fanciest falafel I've had, with an alcohol free cocktail. The servings are generous and service is good. But it gets very busy so make sure you book a table. Lovely staff and great atmosphere. They offer combos for a great price.

Amazing food and service - Edit
Came in lunch and the staff were really friendly. The menu isn’t labelled for dietary requirements but the staff were able to tell us what was vegan and what could be made vegan. Really good range of options, me and my friend shared the green falafel and aubergine pittas. Would definitely recommend having the falafels, and the vegan garlic sauce was amazing!

AMAZING - Edit
I had the goddess falafel pitta with chips and it was amazing! I added the chilli sauce and it was the perfect amount of spicy. I think probably the best falafel i’ve had and all of the sauces were so flavourful. My friend had the aubergine pitta without the egg to make it vegan, i had a bit and this was also so tasty - especially the garlic sauce! Portion sizes were good, atmosphere and staff were lovely and wasn’t too expensive for the centre of Sydney!

Book ahead to eat in - Edit
There was a long queue at lunch time for both takeout and eat in. We opted for the falafel and pita and one of the green goddess pita pockets. The food was prepared freshly and quickly. Good portion with generously stuffed pita. The falafel were tasty and I liked the variety of fresh and pickled veg.
