Decent ramen - Edit
Not the best ramen that I have tested but I have to give it to them they give you a generous broth and noodle portions and the veggies are tasty. I was a bit disappointed with the buns, the tofu and sauce was good but the buns themselves were not as fluffy as I expected them to be!

Cons: You can find better vegan ramen options in NYC , Spiciness level not well indicated

Definitely in a rush to get you out of there - Edit
I am not a slow diner at all, but I felt the stress from the waitress asking me if my friend and I were ready twice within 5 minutes. After eating, we wanted to catch up a little longer but were asked to leave because “they had customers” which has never happened to me before. Definitely learned that this place expects a fast dining experience. I did enjoy my vegan bao with fried tofu💗

Excellent veg/vegan ramen - Edit
This is my favorite branch of Jin Ramen. They have nice outdoor seating and it is in the heart of the UWS. Best of all though is that they have a few excellent veg/vegan options including ramen, as well as at least one vegan special every day.

Not vegan? - Edit
So I checked this place out on HappyCow and then went to seamless to order online. All of the broths are not vegan from what I can tell, shoyu and curry as stated on these reviews both have meat in them in the menu descriptions on seamless. I would suggest someone double check, I don’t think the servers or owner even may understand what vegan is. P.S. miso broth is often not vegan as well!

i loved the ramen - Edit
I don't like eating at non vegan places, but I was really in need of a good ramen. I was not disappointed! It was really good, but I always have trust issues... anyway. The appetizer was awesome as well though. Bear in mind that the place is quite busy so it's better to get on a yelp waiting list before coming in.

Authentic and tasty vegan ramen - Edit
We were looking for a place in the Upper West Side to have a quick and tasty vegan lunch and found this on HappyCow. We were not disappointed! My husband had the Japanese curry ramen and I had the veggie ramen (substituted soba noodles without a problem), both were vegan and delicious! Would have ordered appetizers but glad we didn’t as the bowls were huge.

the vegan noodles ARE egg-free - Edit
I had an enjoyable dinner with my omni friend. We shared the 2pc Vegan Steamed Tofu Buns— so good. I ordered the (spicy!) Vegan Green Coconut Thai Curry Ramen, but I forgot his non-veg/t order. We arrived late so I’m unsure about the dessert options, but there’s a Van Leeuwen ½ a block away.

Great Ramen! - Edit
Tasty ramen. There was only one vegan ramen option and I didn’t look at any of the other menu items because I was completely focused on ramen. Staff members were great!

delicious ramen - Edit
Being a ramen lover and a vegan often times doesn't work out. There aren't many authentic ramen places that offer a vegan version. I was so excited when I found this place on happy cow and it didn't disappoint. They make all of their broths and noodles in house. The noodles were cooked perfectly with a little bit of a "bite". The ingredients were fresh. Ambiance was nice as well with low lighting. Service was promt and friendly.
