Not many vegan options, but they're tasty! - Edit
Stopped in for lunch and was notified by staff that there were only a few completely vegan options on the menu. Many of the vegetarian options could be made vegan with the removal of the fried egg.
Read moreWe ordered the Vegan/Vegetarian Mandu and the Vegan Ramen (Dry Ramen) with fried tofu. The mandu are deep fried and SUPER crispy. Good flavor and the sauce was good, also. The Vegan Ramen isn't really ramen as it's made with glass noodles and there's no broth. Not a problem for me, as they were VERY generous with the tofu and it was very flavorful. The ramen was a tad spicy, so if you're sensitive to heat, be forewarned.
I would come back here if convenient, but probably wouldn't make a special trip.
Pros: Tasty food, Friendly, knowledgable staff
Cons: Not a lot of vegan options

Ordered the vegan mandu and the veggie soup with tofu. Flavor was delicious for both.

I feel like this place is more like 3.5 stars. The dry ramen was extra dry, so the noodles were sticking together a bit (could have been because I had it delivered instead of dining in). The mandu tasted great, but they were a little greasy.

Satisfactory Vegan Dry Ramen Tofu - Edit
Had the vegan dry ramen tofu which was enjoyable. Didn’t wow me, but was decent. Quantity can be a bit more I felt. Will come back to have it again
