Slim pickings

Not sure why this is on Happy Cow, everything is fish stock and meat. They do have an option to switch out the soba sauce (fish stock) with soy sauce but that makes it super salty and not really a proper soba meal. Also all the tempura is shrimp only….
The tofu is coated in fish stock and can’t do it without.
