I’ve never had a bad experience here. My go-to is always the taka’s vegan w 5 spice level. It’s so good and not super expensive. I eat here at least once every couple of weeks

Best vegan ramen in Manhattan - Edit
...at least the best one I've had. So rich and yummy. The white broth on the Taka's Vegan Ramen is very satisfying, and it comes with a lot of toppings.
