Vegan options limited - Edit
Vegetarians can delight in Katzinger’s delicious MushReuben, but vegans are limited to two less-traditional sandwiches. I’d love to see them offer vegan cheese as an option.

Vegan option in German Village - Edit
Two vegan sandwiches plus a great vegan potato salad. Sandwiches included the 54 with spinach & artichoke hearts - which was a bit dry - and the 55 with hummus, cucumber & olives. My husband really liked the quality of the house-made hummus and got a lot of energy from the food. Omni family also really liked their food. Cashier was helpful describing vegan options but the table runner who delivered the food didn't know the difference between the sandwiches.

One completely vegan option, but it was delicious. It’s the #54. - Edit
Spinach, roasted red bell peppers, artichokes, with a balsamic vinaigrette, stuffed into a garlicky pita. So good! Also would recommend grabbing a bag of dill pickle flavored potato chips.

Surprisingly good! - Edit
I got the #54 (artichoke, spinach, roasted bell pepper, tomato in a pita) with the red potato salad (red potatoes with olive oil and scallions). Wonderful! The pita was stuffed so full it was hard to eat, but they did the bread very well and also had a warm buttery oil inside instead of being dry bread with veggies. Yum! Also has free pickles from a barrel, which are also very good

Best hummus I’ve ever tasted - Edit
I got the #55 (pita w/hummus and veggies) expecting the usual sad pita sandwich experience where the vegetarian options are an afterthought. Happily, I was very wrong. The hummus was soooo good, the pita bread was flavorful, and the portion generous. I’m looking forward to trying their other vegan/vegetarian options.
