Great place - Edit
Great spot in the middle of the city centre for a quick bite to eat. Friendly service and great food. Lovely soft pita, great falafel as it is flavourful and not dry, and you can add the veggies yourself.
Read moreOnly con is that the interior isn't great and there isn't much room to eat in.

Excellent falafel - Edit
I can’t here to get dinner last night on a break from work and it was really good! I had the falafel and hummus pitta and then you can add your own salad bits from the counter to make it exactly how you like it! It was really tasty, came quickly and was very good value.

Perfect take-away falafel - Edit
For me, King Falafel is tied with Maoz for best falafel place in town.
Read moreThey've been there for ages and offer absolutely wonderful falafel with an extensive salad bar. Besided falafel they sell stuffed ovenbaked potatoes, but I've never tried those.
Service is friendly and efficient. Not a great place to sit down and eat, because it's a very small restaurant on a busy shopping street.
Pros: Awesome falafel, Extensive saladbar
Cons: Get's crowded very fast

Cheap and tasty falafel - Edit
No frills store selling freshly fried falafel that is worth every penny. You can pick your own toppings and sauces. The spicy coriander sauce and tahini dressing are to die for!

Cons: Atmosphere isn't great but food makes up for it.

Tasty falafel - Edit
I had lunch at King Falafel yesterday and I took away a pitta bread with falafel to which I added tahini sauce, carrots, olives, and zucchini. Even though it wasn't too handy to eat (a fork would have helped, maybe I missed it in the shop), everything was good. Needless to say, it's very cheap.

They also sell baked potatoes!
Pros: Quick and inexpensive

Great fresh falafel - Edit
This is a good place to stop for some quick falafel. It's always super fresh, with a nice salad bar and hummus etc. Wouldn't sit there as the place itself is cramped and greasy, but for take away it's ideal.

Love it for a quick lunch - Edit
Have been visiting this falafelbar for ages. Their whole wheat pita breads, tahin sauce and cilantro sauce always make me wanna come back here.
Read moreOnly recently I noticed that some of the vegetables in the salad bar now seemed to have a white (milky) kind of dressing, so you might wanna watch what you put in your pita.
A pity that the baked potato is filled with animal products, but the falafel is definitely worth it.
Pros: suitable for take-away, reasonably priced
Cons: no labels on what's vegan, menu never varies

The Hague: Good falafel place in the city center - Edit
One of the oldest vegetarian places in town, located right in the city center. Really good falafel served with pita bread and hummus plus salad from the self-service salad bar. The baked potatoes (served with a vegetarian sauce) seem to be quite popular as well.
Read moreMainly take-away (grab-and-go). Typical snack-bar interior. The available seats consist of high and not very comfortable stools.
The place can be quite crowded, but the staff always remains calm and friendly and works very fast.
English, Dutch and Turkish spoken (at least).
Pros: Good food, good value, friendly staff
Cons: uncomfortable stools
