Vegan Options at the Napili Shores Resort

5315 has two edamame options, and the Aloha version, spicey as it was, was delicious. I heard that the Teriyaki version was just as tasty. Although they do not have tofu to add, they were able to supplement their regular garden salad with stir-fried vegetables. The salad dressing was good/average. They also offer a Taro root burger which I did not try.

The happy hour prices are discounted for the appetizers and the drinks. Service was extremely friendly but a little on the slow side.
