Full belly for few yens - Edit
A lot of vegetarian options to choose from. The waiters are super nice and the price is unbeatable. We ate two people there asking for more sushi until we got full and it didnt even cost 3k Yen. 100% would recommend and repeat.

Order at the table through an iPad. That was nice, to see pictures of what you might be getting but difficult when you need to ask if there were any surprise ingredients. Would be helpful if the menu showed ingredients or descriptions rather than just a title. Got the cucumber roll, salted plum roll, fermented soybean roll and a side of edamame.

Unfortunately, the tofu salad was garnished with fish eggs and my group didn't really like the flavors of the veggie rolls 😔 the cucumber one had wasabi, the soybean one just wasn't good to me, but the plum was decent so if you have a palate for those flavors, you'll have a good find for the price.
Edamame was good and they also had fries to fill you up.

Very affordable with a bunch of options for hand rolled sushi and slender sushi roll. Around 250¥ for 6 peaces. Since they are lacking protein so you have to eat a lot so that you get full. But it's very tasty.

I went to same place in Shinjuku where staff was very friendly. In Akihabara location, the person was rude and said no vegetarian although I showed him in the menu. Same menu where I ate at other location

Affordable sushi - Edit
Sushi place around the corner of Akihabara station and Electric town. Has a waiting list system where you get a number. We went on a weekday around 6 p.m. and only had to wait like 2 minutes while they were getting a table ready.

We liked the basic cucumber roll and „salted plum with Japanese basil“ the best. The fermented soybean roll was our least favorite, the beans are a little slimey.
You get six small pieces per item, but costs just around 250 yen.
Pros: Affordable, Vegan sushi
Cons: Not a huge vegan selection , Nothing clearly marked vegan
