quite a few vegan options that are on their own table and easy to find. Plant milk does cost extra but the vegan cinnamon roll costs the same as the non vegan one. My food was yum

They had a corner with different cakes to choose from. I took a cookie dough/chocolate piece and it was good and chewy but a bit dry. Couldn't eat the whole cake the same day.

Delicious Sweet Treats - Edit
I treated myself to the Cookie Pie and chocolate chip cookie. The pie was buttery, gooey and worth every bite plus a huge serving that lasted a few nights.

We went to plenty of bakeries in Edinburgh who did not even have a vegan option so I appreciate when there is one or more in this case.
We had the biscoff brownie, which was excellent. Chewy and delicious. As well as the soft cookie which was good as it was fairly neutral. It went well with a cup of tea.
There were other vegans options there but I failed to get photos. The vegan brownies on offer were biscoff, cherry and another one that I have forgotten.

Only a small selection of the desserts are vegan, and they’re mostly different types of brownies. We tried their chocolate tart and a panna cotta. Both were fine, but not particularly impressive. We don’t think we’ll be coming back

Entering this bakehouse was like visiting a gallery, where some of the cakes looked like works of art. Sadly, they weren't vegan but still very impressive to look at.

Each of the 3 treats were tasty but the brownie was more of a 'cake' texture, whilst the tart could have been a little bit more buttery. The cookie was good though.
Friendly staff and reasonable prices but we did experience better treats during our trip.
