Serves meat, vegan options available. Hibachi and sushi restaurant offering vegetable sushi (cucumber, avocado, and pickle maki). Also offering some vegan appetizers with tofu and edamame. Open Mon-Sun 12:00pm-10:30pm.
Staff was nice, food was just ok. The vegetarian hibachi is the only option as far as hibachi is concerned. I got fried rice without egg and they use margarine so there's no dairy in the butter. Then it's just vegetables in I think teriyaki sauce. It was too salty overall and I mixed in steamed rice. Also I asked for miso soup because the clear soup is chicken broth. I also got avocado sushi, which was good; it was fresh which is probably the best thing you can say about a simple sushi roll and Iliked it better than the hibachi itself. It's a shame they don't offer tofu or some protein. They also had a few other sushi options like sweet potato, and there's an aged tofu appetizer.
