Originally opened in 2000 as Gastronomia Vegetariana, this all-vegan deli and grocery offers a wide range of all-vegan dishes and fresh baked goods. It also sells both packaged and unpackaged organic food including pasta, grains, pulses, fair trade chocolate and teas, and regularly hosts themed evenings and cooking classes. Open Mon-Sat 10:00-15:00, Mon-Fri 18:00-23:00.

Ottima gastronomia vegana - Edit
Locale molto accogliente con tanta scelta di piatti molto belli e invitanti. Ogni giorno si può trovare il menù su Instagram ed è possibile comporre il proprio piatto in base alle proposte in vetrina. Noi abbiamo optato per un piatto di seitan con verdure e una fetta di torta salata. Il secondo piatto con tofu con zucchine e delle verdure spadellate. Abbiamo condiviso poi un tortino allo yogurt e cacao molto fresco.
Read morePer quanto riguarda il prezzo, in 2 per i 2 piatti indicati sopra, il tortino, acqua, pane, un caffè (e 2 tortini di quinoa alle verdure da portare via) abbiamo speso 31 euro in tutto.
Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Consigliato.

Io ho preso del seitan, una fetta di lasagna e una torta salata, tutto a dir poco ottimo.
Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

You select from a selection of plant-based dishes - lasagna, tofu or seitan with vegetables, vegetable stir fry - and pay by weight. Simple as that.

Read moreNous avons pris plusieurs plats dont la lasagne, légumes marinés, plats à base de seitan ou tempeh. Le choix est varié et les plats sont très savoureux. Il y a aussi des options sans gluten. C'est le meilleur restaurant que nous fait sur tout notre séjour en Italie (15 jours).

The owner was a very nice person and we chatted for a while about veganism in Italy. I like that you can see your options and know what you’re getting before you order; I know it’s common here, but I wanted to mention it anyway, because I think it’s great.

Great selection of options, all homemade, pay by weight. Lovely staff member serving me, it was my first evening in the city and he talked me through all of the options. Highly recommended. Reasonable prices.

Amazing range of vegan food - Edit
A deli counter filled with a range foods sold by weight. We tried the basmati rice, buckwheat, ratatouille, seitan curry, tempeh curry and a piece of the tart. Absolutely everything was amazing! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I have been here a few times, and food is always good and well-made. Recipes are basic but tasty, and the ingredients are always seasonal. The last time we went we had barley with veggies, basmati rice with carrots and leek, a red bean mix, seitan stew and sautéed tempeh. For dessert, a simple, nice coconut and yogurt cake, and a lemon pudding.
