Very sweet ambience, organic, and oat milk for my coffee! The taste was only ok, the veggies were not super fresh, though the salad was. If I was staying next door I would go back, but certainly not go out of my way.

Salad bowl that has a vegan, egg or various meat options. The vegan bowl was great, flavoursome and full of different toppings. Also had the vegan pear cake which was yummy too.

I was having lunch at Tien Hiang and just across the street, Le Bichat, a lovely café held by a great staff. here you will have to work a bit: help yourself with cake, teas... There are daily changing cakes, that are sometimes vegan AND gluten-free.

Wirklich sehr schmeckhaft und abwechslungsreich. Man stellt sich die Zutaten für den Reisbol selbst zusammen. Die fertige Reisschüssel besteht dann aus mehreren kleinen Gerichten, eine wahrhaft tolle Geschmacksvielfalt. Schöne Atmosphäre sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Wird in jeden Paristripp mit eingeplant !

Read moreThe family who owns the business made every effort to make organic, fresh food available to anybody, so here you won't find overpriced items or a fancy, snob attitude that's typical of many healthy restaurants.
They offer a complete meal of the day (a simple bowl with rice, cooked and raw mixed vegetables) with a few variations (of which 2 are vegan and 1 with eggs), and all the food is prepared on the same day.
To be a place that also serves meat, it's really vegan friendly: all the meat is prepared in an autoclave (imagine a pressure cooker that can hold about 60 2l jars), which means that vegan and meat preparations don't share the same kitchen: no risk of contamination, not even with the smell! And the restaurant itself will never smell like they're cooking meat there!
In addition to their signature bowls, they also have homemade cakes (with vegan and gluten free options), fruit juices and homemade lemonade.
There's no service at the table (you order and get food from the counter), but the staff is always friendly, and it seems overall like a great work environment.
I wish they will at some point decide to turn it into a veg(etari)an restaurant, but it's already really good as it is.

This place is just super! Really good and price worthy food and there is something for everyone. The atmosphere is cute and homey. Here you can sit to have dinner or tapas or coffee all is on the table. Oh, and the staff is really nice! If I could then I would give the place 5 stars!

I wish I could give this place 5 stars, but HC is built to only give 4 stars to places with vegetarian options - I get that - but this is my favorite eatery in Paris. I introduced myself to the owner after 10 or so visits and was given free juice afterwards. I like eating no fuss dishes daily and this place is a great place to get a routine bowl of grains, vegetables, vegetarian proteins and fresh juices. good to sit alone and do some work after, or

Very cute little restaurant with long tables and a mezzanine area. They serve a variety of dishes and there is always 1 or 2 vegan dishes (usually bowl of rice with fresh veggies and a legume stew) that are very tasty. They always have at least 1 vegan cake. The organic beer is great. The place is self-service so it's perfect for a quick bite. It is not expensive at alls and in a great location near Canal St Martin. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is chilled. I highly recommend it and go there very often.
