Could be better

I had a vegan sandwich. Today the only vegan option and the stuff had a lot of problems with the difference between veggie and vegan. Taste was a 7/10.

Pain au chocolat vegan!

They had two options of salad; falafel and tofu. I had the tofu. They had both vegan croissants and pain au chocolat!

The card machine did not work, everybody had to pay cash.

Uninformed

Asked for vegan sandwiches. The woman said two options, then "And this one is vegetarian". Took the first one she said, hoping it was actually vegan, checking on the website I don't think it was. Didn't taste good either.

Vegan croissants and chocolat au Pain

Went there 3 days in a row ( to the front section which is a Bakery ) in the early morning for the vegan Chocolat au Pain and croissants, which are great!
I did see that 2 of the times they had a a vegan tartine available, and they have a vegan falafel salad with Tahini dauce.

Pros: Pain au Chocolat , Croissants

Unfortunately a bit disappointed

I was really looking forward to taste this famous Tagliatelle in the style of A la Carbonara. Unfortunately, it was tasteless…
The colors were really appealing, but taste wise, it was flavorless…
But the inside of the restaurant was really nice looking.

Only 1 vegan option

There was one tartine végane mentioned, but they were out of stock and the other options was the falafel salad , which was too expensive for what it looked like (11€). You’ll have better luck going to the Delhaize supermarket right next to the train station for some salads and such.

Convenient for a quick bite

Nice that the one food place in the station has at least 1 vegan option. I ate a vegan sandwich.

Though, when asking whether they had a vegan option, I was first offered non-vegan options. When refusing those the person said "ah, so you're 'vegan vegan'", which ought to have been clear from my question. Still, they remained friendly despite the erroneous assumption that I was either pescatarian or vegetarian.

This brings me to the fact that vegan options are not clearly labeled as such, making you have to ask.

Pros: Convenient

Cons: Expensive, Proposed non-vegan options 1st despite asking , Vegan options aren't labeled.

Hot dog

The other day i was super busy and haven't had dinner yet. I tried Le Quai Steffen in the hopes of finding SOMETHING and was really surprised to see that they had like 4 vegan options! I went for the vegan hot dog (just cause I've never had hot dogs before haha). It came with e vegan sausage, cucumber, tomatoes, Sauerkraut and ketchup! They also heated it.
Nothing to complain about for a quick snack. Very friendly staff as well.

Pros: friendly staff, not just 1 option

Cons: they could add even more choices
