Tasty - Edit
The zuchini tofu green curry was really tasty. I also enjoyed the spicy avocado roll and bombay salad. The options were limited but the food was worth it. Overall a decent spot.

Limited but tasty! - Edit
The food was good quality! I had the veggie roll with spicy toasted almond, avocado, and asparagus, and also had the veggie dumplings. Could use a couple more vegan options on the menu maybe but my meal was satisfying!

Decent - Edit
Menu does not have many vegan options, but you can customize easily.
Read moreYou can only get happy hour prices at the high top tables and they don’t honor the pricing if the tables and bar are full despite being there at the right time.
Pros: Easy to customize menu
Cons: Don’t honor happy hour pricing at regular tables, No vegan notations on menu, sneaky ingredients

Misleading!!! - Edit
The vegans who were previously here seem to have been given wrong info. The waiter said the broth is always chicken based so EVERYTHING with broth, including the lemongrass soup that previous Happy Cow reviewers rated was NOT vegan or vegetarian. The menu also does not list it as vegan or vegetarian so I guess that was an assumption.
Read moreThe waiter also warned me several times that there is a lot of cross contamination, so nothing is really vegan, especially the "sushi" rolls. I'm ok with that personally bc I'm not adding to the consumption of dairy or meat in the world, so I ordered the vegetarian sampler rolls. They were just medium. Nothing special. Might have liked this place more if I had ordered something else, like the vegan pad thai or one of the tofu dishes.
Pros: Drinks at happy hour STRONG & cheap. , Close to convention center.
Cons: Not that helpful in delineation of vegan items. , Vegan items not listed on menu ( only vegetarian)., Vegan rolls mediocre.

Stumbled into a good spot! - Edit
Visiting Columbus with the fam. Walked up High street looking for a place to eat. Checked Happy Cow and realized we were only a block away from Lemon Grass. Food really hit the spot. The Hurricane Tofu was awesome. The kids slammed the Miso Soup. A very knowledgeable waiter helped us with ordering. It was slammed busy so service was a bit slow but worth the wait. Also the art on the walls is great.
Read morePros: Good vegan options , Knowledgeable Staff , Well marked menu
Cons: Really trendy , Slow (but they were slammed busy)

Good Sushi - Edit
Driving cross country during Covid and harsh winter its not always easy to find vegan food so we try to stick to QDoba, Mexican Restaurants and Sushi places. This place is a fusion restaurant so they look like they have a bit of everything. We had the cucumber rolls added to the Vegetable Sampler Rolls, Vegetable Pad Thai(didn’t come with eggs) and extra Mixed Vegetable Rolls. It was very tasty especially the almond rolls and mixed vegetable rolls. It’s 10 minutes walk to the Hyatt Regency.

Lovely, delicious sushi - Edit
Lemon Grass Fusion Bistro has a variety of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. While visiting Columbus, my friend and I couldn't resist trying the sushi. I ordered the vegetable sampler rolls, which was a huge order for one person (28 rolls!!!). I enjoyed all of the sushi; it was fresh and tasty. The spicy almond was my favorite; I'd never tried that particular roll before. They also had a beautiful presentation for all of the rolls. The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxing, but definitely not too casual. The only negative about our experience is that we both ran out of soy sauce and ended up eating the last of our rolls without soy sauce and wasabi (there wasn't any on our table - we just each had a little bowl). Otherwise, Lemon Grass was a lovely place to eat, and I would definitely come back here again the next time I'm in Columbus.

Cons: Not enough soy sauce
