Pros: Le carrot cake
Cons: La mauvaise connaissance des produits vegan

No vegan breakfast - Edit
I had read they had a vegan and a vegetarian option for breakfast; something like an avocado toast. However, when I arrived the place and asked for it, the girl working there seemed not to understand what I was talking about. I even mentioned that I had found them in Happy Cow and she looked at me quite surprised (not nice at all) . I finally ordered a long coffee and a vegetables cake (egg dairy products) for not having to look for anywhere else. They gave me the coffee and about 15min later I got my cake (I asked to heat it), when my coffee was nearly finished and cold.

Tasty bread! - Edit
Great selection of organic breads. The also offer a vegan veggie and hummus sandwich and a vegan salad. The sandwich is tasty, though a bit scanty in terms of the filling. Feels like eating two slices of flavored bread rather than like biting into a veggie sandwich.
Read moreTheir breads are also delicious. I really love their Christmas bread—rye bread filled with fried fruits, nuts, orange rind, etc. Absolutely delicious!
Service is friendly and English-speaking.
Pros: Great bread, Friendly service

Great place for organic breads - Edit
Nearby the station of Toulouse, I used to work there making natural organic breads. It's not that expensive for organic food and they have one vegan sandwich, a vegan salad and some delicious cruelty free breads!!
