Good vegan options - Edit
We had the very vegan burrito, the tofu musubi, and the lotus chips. It was more than enough food for two people. Our favorite item was the musubi; the textures and flavors were really nice with the chewy nori and rice and the crispy tempura breading on the tofu. The burrito and lotus chips were good, but I'd try the tempura burrito next time.

I tried the Tempura Veggie and Very Vegan sushi burritos. The Tempura Veggie includes tempura sweet onion, tempura carrot, tempura asparagus, infused pico, and tataki ponzu. The Very Vegan includes marinated tofu, ginger guac, infused pico, asparagus, cucumber, and tataki ponzu. They were both good, but I liked the Tempura Veggie more.

Solid Sushi Bowl - Edit
I ordered their Very Vegan ($10) bowl which includes marinated tofu, ginger guac, asparagus, cucumber, and topped with their house pico and ponzu sauce. I asked if he could include some mixed greens as well to kick up the veggies and he happily added them for me. The bowl was superb - tofu was well marinated, sauces weren't too overpowering, and there was enough food in the box to share with someone else.
