Cute garden with a mixed menu - Edit
Partner and me were looking for a place with both vegan and no vegan options, and very happy to have found this cute garden. The sandwich with smoked tofu was nice as was the chai latte with oat milk. However, the bread was very soft and a 60 eurocents fine on oat milk is quite absurd to me. Either way, I would probably come back, but thats also because of a lack of vegan alternatives in Den Burg.

Knus tentje met (prima) kleine kaart. De havermout was heerlijk en precies wat ik nodig had. Leukste detail vond ik het lotuskoekje bij de haverlatte ipv stroopwafelkoekje. Zeker een aanrader deze tent!

Nice place for breakfast, lunch or a snack in Den Burg. Quite some vegan and vegetarian options, altough I did think everything looked a bit similar. The staff was enthousiastic and kind, but it took quite some time for them to take our order, while people who came later in had their food before we did. The place itself was quite cute, and I loved the background music, so still an okay place to go.

4 stars is fine here, nice little place, friendly staff, outside seating in the garden. Had the avocado on bread, it was good & was bigger they a was expecting. They had 2 other vegan options on bread and a vegan soup. Can't really go wrong with this one.

On a very rainy day we stumbled into this cute little place. Maybe it was the weather- but we did not really get a smile or warm welcome from the lady who worked there on her own that day. The food however was great !

Read moreI ordered an oat latte and a snickers bar. The coffee was really good. They use Oatly Barista for the oatmilk. You can also order soymilk.
For the vegan sweets, there were 2 options. A bar with nougat and chocolate and a bar with dates. I ordered the snicker bar and it was good. I missed some other vegan pastries like a cake or something.
We did not have lunch here but they had toast and sourdough bread for lunch with avocado or eggplant salad.

Enough vegan options, had a hard time choosing. The waitress recommanded the sandwich with smoked tofu. I've never had that before and it was delicious!

Nice informal "livingroom" restaurant. - Edit
Very cosy breakfast/lunch restaurant. I had a ginger tea, an avocado sandwich with humus(vegan) and a soup of the day, carrot/ginger. Good choice to go if you are walking down the streets of Den Burg.
