One of the best vegan burgers in Mumbai - Edit
Unfortunately, Louis burger has only one vegan option on the menu - the vegan gratitude burger. But, it is SO flavourful and tasty that if there were more options, id probably keep ordering this. The burger bun is extremely soft, almost like a brioche bun. The patty is well crusted, and umami flavoured. The mustard adds a sharp kick, which is mellowed out by the confit cherry tomatoes. It has a very gourmet approach and different to the regular aloo masala patty, onion, tomato burger that most restaurants serve as a vegan option. A def must try!
