VEGETARIAN BURGERS AVAILABLE! - Edit
In a nutshell: American burgers done right by a friendly staff, although not the popular brand it was once, is one of those affordable (NYC standards) joints one checkout after you're done at the bar for a substantial veg meal.

There's nothing bad per se here, except the waiting time (orders placed after mine were done before), the lack of ambiance (back to it is not the crowd-packed burgers joint it was once) and the dated the decor (it looks the same as decade or more ago) maybe the colors and lighting are too dim on a color scale that should be more bright as it was when this was new. There's no vegan bread. No vegan dessert options either.
THE GOOD
The Veggie burger and sweet potatoe fries brought a smile to my face, in one hand very simple and unassuming until you bite into it and then you discover a flavorful pattie that doesn't have anything to envy to its meat counterparts. The texture of the fries were perfectly and managed to be crunchy and soft at the same time. If you can have dairy go for the shakes and cookies! If you're looking for a place late night to do good burgers, come over you won't leave disappointed.

Vegan burger in a lettuce - Edit
Has two vegan patties but no vegan bread, to make it vegan they wrap the burger in lettuce leaves. The place is small and not very cheap. Recommendable if you don't have any other option. As a advantage, they closes very late at night

Very cool late night spot in the middle of Hell’s Kitchen. Offers Beyond and Impossible burgers and a wide range of sauces and toppings. Fries are great, service exceptional.

This place is right at the heart of Hells Kitchen, and I have been there few times after a night out at one of the bars in the area. When I discovered they added both the impossible and the beyond burgers I was super happy!!
