We had such an amazing meal earlier this week. The best vegan bacon cheese burger ever and some very yummy tacos. We stuffed ourselves silly by finishing off with the chocolate brownie and ice cream. I just wish I lived in Madrid! #Veganuary

I went to Mad Mad Vegan after seeing the good reviews here on HappyCow, so my expectations were quite high. And, I'm not gonna lie, the food is really worth five stars for me. Hands-down, it's been one of the best vegan burgers I've had so far.

The neighbourhood where it's located was a bit of a downer for me - suffice to say there were quite a few sex toy shops around. (However, there are other restaurants of the same brand in Madrid, you can try those if you want.)
I think the price for my burger was adequate. I'd say it's about on-par with other (non-veggie) burger places.

Casual, hip vibe with excellent food. The vegan calamari was superb, and tasted just like the real stuff from what I recall from my pre-vegan days. The nachos were also delicious and the cookies and cream dessert was light and not too sweet. Perfect! We’ll definitely be back before our trip is over!

Sometimes I want a vegan burger and this place does it right. It's located in a LGBTQ part of town and that made me feel so safe getting to the restaurant.
Read moreInside is cozy and at this time of day (November 3pm) there were plenty of tables. I remember trying to come here for dinner a year ago and if you didn't have a reservation you couldn't get a seat.
They gave me an English menu and I did my best to speak Spanish anyway. I got the signature mad burger and added pineapple with Cajun seasoned fries as a side.
To drink I had sparkling water.
Everything was really tasty and filling. I love the sauce and very slight kick of spice on the fries. It makes the burger not just any beyond burger. The bun falls apart a little easily, but it was still delicious even if it was a little messy.
I would come here again. Service was really fast and the staff was really friendly. The menu is huge. I might try the tacos next time. And I didn't get any of the desserts.

Restaurante de comida rápida especializado en hamburguesas. Están buenísimas. Tienen para elegir entre filete de legumbres, de Heura, de Beyond Meat y de estilo crispy chicken. Tienen variedad de entrantes y otros platos, los tequeños por ejemplo estaban muy bien. De postres, el tiramisú está espectacular. El ambiente no está mal, pero es cierto que es algo pequeño y resulta muy ruidoso cuando se llena. Por lo demás, el trato muy amable y el precio aceptable.
