delicious breakfast, but very uncomfortable atmosphere - Edit
A good spot for a late breakfast. The french toast was very fluffy, not too sweet and perfect with the blueberries. The Mac n' Cheese was unfortunately served with overcooked pasta. But they were still very tasty. Unfortunately, we didn't like the atmosphere. The music was too loud to have a conversation. A family with a child left the restaurant because of the volume, as the staff ignored the comment about the very loud music.

Ich war schoneinmal dort und fand es super. Jetzt nach langer Zeit hat das Essen okay bis gut geschmeckt aber war auch nicht herausragend. Tatsächlich machen wir zuhause besseren Rührtofu, dieser war nämlich kaum gewürzt und hat „nur“ nach Tofu geschmeckt. Alles andere habe ich bereits in anderen Restaurants als leckerer empfunden. Es gibt einen Aufpreis für Hafermilch.

Das Lokal ist amerikanisch angehaucht. Personal freundlich. Essen war in Ordnung. Geschmacklich nichts außergewöhnliches. Ich würde es als Junk Food klassifizieren. Wenn man darauf Hunger hat, ist das bestimmt eine Option. Barzahlung möglich.

Wow, I was not expecting Canadian comfort food in Hamburg. Why can't we have something like this in Berlin!? I miss this sort of food from North America and it is exceptionally well done. The owner is really sweet and will be happy to chat if you want to.

I visited 3 times while in town for the Reeperbahn festival. 1st visit, I had pancakes with a side of veg bacon 😋. Next time I went, I had the french toast with blueberry. On my final visit, I had the tofu scramble and veg bacon with toast. All great choices, but the pancakes are my absolute favourite.

eine vegane Perle😊 wunderbares Frühstück bei Mamalicious😋 es gab super leckere Pancakes mit Blaubeeren und Sahne, dazu Ahornsirup. Als herzhaftes Pendant gönnten wir uns Scrambled tofu Mit bacon und a lot of cheese, dazu gabs Bratkartoffeln und knuspriges Toast. Als Getränke hatten wir eine Biscoff Latte (super süß) und white chocolate mocha😍 es war alles super Mega lecker und mehr als ausreichend und sättigend. Unbedingt rechtzeitig zur Öffnung kommen, damit man noch einen Platz erhält. Sehr beliebt und belebt.

Read moreBuuut, getting to the food is quite difficult. Standing in line for 30 minutes without a waiter acknowledging you and then waiting another 60 minutes between ordering and getting the food.
Guys, why does it take so long?
Today was the lowlight though. Half the seats were empty, we were the only ones waited to be seated. We tried several times to get the waiter attention. After ~15 minutes, somebody finally placed us, without giving us the menus. We tried again to get the waiters attention, just to be told that we have to be wait to placed(?).
There are too many good places to eat in Hamburg to have this low level of service.

Breakfast is important - Edit
A cosy place to grab your breakfast! It was crowded but we got a nice spot. Naturally we had to wait for a long time for our food to arrive but it was well communicated beforehand so that's just good service on their part. Menu is very clear on what is and can be made vegan. Oh and the food is just awesome! They take cards as well so we were pleasantly surprised.
