A boutique style coffee shop with coffee beans from around the world. Beans are roasted right in the front of the store. Has soy milk options for both hot and ice coffee. Also sells coffee beans and other coffee making paraphernalia. 12 minutes on foot from JR Kannai, 7 minutes on foot from Kyogo Koganecho, 6 minutes on foot from the Munakatabashi subway station. Closed Jan 1st, 2nd, 3rd.

Cozy, stylish coffee shop

My cousin and I were walking down the main shopping street in Kannai when we smelled the most delicious coffee. That's how we found Mameya; they were roasting the coffee beans themselves in the window.

To my delight, I saw that they had soy milk so we both went in and ordered ice latte's. The coffee did not disappoint! It had a rich flavor that was balanced nicely with the soy milk.

Together with the ambiance created by the surroundings and the friendly service, I can only recommend a visit. I will definitely be back!

Pros: Delicious coffee, Friendly service

Cons: A bit far from the normal touristy spots
