Oyasai kaiseki organic cafe at 安曇野市堀金. Website states all menu items can be made vegan. Menu labels items that are vegan. Offers light meals like salads, rice balls, miso soup, donburi; sweets like cakes and tarts which are available to take away; and drinks without reservation. 野菜の素材を知り尽くしている

ベジやヴィーガン対応の店です。
コース料理は予約制ですが、不定休でカフェ営業していて、軽食は食べられます。どのお料理も全て手作りで心も体も満足できる美味しいお料理です。

Pros: 不定休のため、電話確認が必要ですが、ベジ、ヴィーガン対応の店です。
